About Director

Experienced Leadership in Machine Tools

With over 23 years of diverse leadership experience in Sales, Business Development, and Applications Engineering, Sadananda Koppalkar brings a wealth of expertise before founding Sekhem Machine Tools Pvt. Ltd. A versatile professional, he has successfully formulated sales strategies, managed extensive company-wide sales operations, and developed meaningful partnerships across multiple domains.

Prior to founding Sekhem Machine Tools, Sadananda served as the Country Head of MC Machinery Systems Pvt. Ltd., a subsidiary of Mitsubishi Corporation, where he led the EDM Group. His career includes significant international experience, including four years in Makino Japan focused on EDM application technology development and two years in Singapore at Makino, supporting customers in Malaysia and Singapore.

Academically, Sadananda holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Diploma in Tool & Die Making from NTTF Technical Training Centre, India. He has further honed his leadership skills through certifications such as "Managing Customer Service" from Wharton and a Management Development Program on Leadership and Strategy from IIM Bangalore.
